Who can stay	Everyone is welcome to stay at any time and take part in daily activities. Couples given private rooms where possible; single men and women stay in dormitories.

Daily schedule	Visitors may follow the ashram timetable if they wish (full timetable on official site) Amma's public darshan all days except Tuesdays and Fridays when she is in residence: arrives ~3 PM, meditation/satsang/bhajans, darshan from ~5 PM; bhajans ~6:30 PM for 90 min. Amma travels often – check the Yatra page.
